biggest key development for me would be the BOD to step down and allow a new management team to guide the company. ptsc has solid marketable patents and revenues from the patents but the managment has a history of funnelling all revenues out of the company. a company that had basically no revenues until they decided to monitize the patent has allowed cash to be handed out in dividends, failed acquistions, bod compensation, and the new "sink hole", their partner TPL. ptsc success/failure is tied to managment. ptsc made over $8mil last quarter and retained basically nothing. Does anyone actually believe that an investor does not see these facts when under going normal DD on a stock?
in the last few years ptsc has made over $200 million and it has all left the company. it is all about managment. the patents are valid and enforceable and worth 100's of millions in potential revenue yet the stock attracts no new investor money. the stock price is stagnant because, imo, the management's history of years of failures and poor decisions has left the market sentiment with a "no confidence" vote. the company's patent issues were there when the stock rose to over $2. the stock began its retracement when poor managment decisions strangled the growth of the company.
it is all about managment. the bod has fought "tooth and nail" to keep their positions, changed corporate bylaws, and cut all commuincation off with its share holders. the bod primary goal is too keep their positions and i ask anyone how in the world can you defend a group that has failed in every aspect of managing a company.
their will be a "gang" of posters who will attack the post and for some reason come to the defense of the BOD. I dont know the BOD, but I do know PTSC and I know what the BOD has done to cripple the company. An honest assessment of the company over the last 5 years would point to a "managment change".
Remove the BOD and the stock will move up (IMO).
