then it's time to start submitting nominations for director candidates. We all know that the current directors will fight shareholders with company money to keep us from having one of our own on that BoD. There may be by law provisions for holdover of directors even if they are voted out. All we can do is try to secure a place for one of our own candidates.
I say, if Faulk was qualified then certainly Stan, Brian and probably others are more than qualified. Did you know that the skin is the largest organ of the body? I want someone with a lot of their skin in the game (i.e. Stan/Brian). Contrary to what some think about hidden agendas...I have come to know both of these men and believe that their interests are our interests which may or may not be contrary to those of Cliff, Gloria and Carlton Johnson. Until we get one of our own in the mix, I'm afraid that we will never know the truth of what has been done and what may continue to be done absent the chance to look at things with different eyes.
We all have heard Stan ask the tough questions year after year at the shareholder meetings. This year it was Stan, Brian, Ron and others who hammered the BoD. I'm sure that many others asked "virtual questions" that were never even addressed. The entire meeting was a slap in the face to all of us.
We do have a big court date coming up...May 10 ...Markman .. if as a result, there is a summary judgement for HTC/Barco and/or Acer...then correct me if I am wrong but it is game over for the MMP. My own feelings from reading the Pacers is that they have stalled this litigation for years waiting for the USPTO to complete re-exams which have now all been completed and have been favorable. I'm holding only for the MMP as silly as that may seem to some. However, the BoD needs new blood....because if the money was to begin coming in again, do you trust the new three amigos to do what is best to bring value to shareholders? My answer is no!
