You are not alone in your belief that perhaps there has been some manipulation going on. However, even if we could prove it, there is a statute of limitations which may prevent you, me or anyone else from filing charges. However, it is my understanding that the SEC has no such limitations. If so, I encourage any and every person who believes that PTSC and its BoD present and past should be investigated to file a complaint with the SEC. Perhaps the squeaky wheel will get some attention.
