Based on your responses, the first thing you need to do is go back and read the Comm Ag and the Operating Agreement. Most of the answers you seek from me are contained therein and support my concerns and not your dismissing view, regardless of how much you say "hogwash"! lol.
As for being misleading and trying to say what would happen if PDS received $30M in MMP revs, again, perhaps you should go back and review the "facts". There have only been 2 quarters where there has been $30M or more in MMP revs and the last time was 4 years ago. Heck, and the only time it's even come anywhere near that level since was the quarter that the J3 settlement was announced over 3 years ago. Who's being misleading here? Also, go back and take a look at the last 2 years, and figure out what % of actual MMP revenues with to PTSC, versus were controlled by TPL. Do you know something about the future that suggests things are going to make a dramatic change from the recent past? If not, TPL will continue to receive the overwhelming lionshare of MMP revs.
Once you study up on the agreements, you can come back and attempt to offier some commentary, until then though, your simply puffing out your chest with what you think instead of what is. Before you do though, go back to the 10q or the 10K and do a search for management committee, and you'll begin to see just a few of the things that Mr. Neilson had to vote on. Then look at the agreements and just take a moment to put down your apparent need to deride and your desire to simply argue with me, and see the items that the management committee has ability to vote on, and think that through in the context of all that has transpired.
"As you see it" seems to really mean that your eyes are closed. Clutter indeed.
