Chet Brown won his case, isn't this a likely indication that TPL has been skimming off the top and perhaps cheating not only Brown, but Moore, PTSC, perhaps Nielson and lord knows who else?
Moore pretty much states this in his complaint so why is it a stretch to even suggest that going forward TPL, left unchecked, would continue to submit expenses for reimbursement that may in fact be fraudulent? Also, if as Moore alleges, (upon info and belief) that TPL and Leckrone had been getting kickbacks from the attorneys, how do we know this practice (if factual) is not continuing? If it is true, can you imagine how much he might have made under the table from the J3 litigation not to mention what may or may not be happening now.
The point is, we really don't know how much Leckrone has paid himself at the expense of all others. Will an audit of TPL's books, Leckrones accounts on and possibly off shore show the world just how much money we lost?
If Chet Brown loses his award on appeal then perhaps an ensuing trial will reveal much more than we know at this point in time about the validity of TPL/Leckrone's expenses.
