With those numbers we know 15% of total goes to TPL for operations - 42,402,485

If we add TPL's 50%, same as PTSC you get a total of 154,124,927

TPL has also received extra money for Patent Reform work, etc. I'm not sure what that totaled, but let's throw in another $10,000,000 - you can correct me if that number is too low. That give a total to TPL of $ 164,124,927 or 58% of total licensing revs. A far cry from 95%. And that includes your "95% quarter". Who's misleading who.
