And if TPL can not pay the two million or what ever the amount ( plus what ever other licenses were paid in a similar manor ) then how does PTSC collect? What collateral/assests would TPL have that could go towards payment? ( unless TPL can find some money to pay what it owes) then PTSC (or CM ?) could demand other assests ( such as a percentage of the MMP ) as just payment. T and O ?
