It almost reads like it was sent from an iPhone (ostensibly from Cliff Flowers) to a low level admin person then cut/pasted to investor's emails to IR. So my thoughts are potentially Cliff was in Cupertino @ TPL putting on the finishing touches on the PTSC/TPL agreement moving forward. My T's & O's. kw
