It only states that there is "on embargo." It could be self-inflicted and for all we know, maybe someone is simply on vacation so there are no releases. There is no reason to think it has anything to do with anything. Don't let the word fool you, there is no certain definition of "embargo" when it comes to a company deciding not to relase information.

"Based on the culmination of events" could likewise be anything. Maybe they're getting new PCs installed, again, it could be anything. Don't try to read into it too much.

The only takeaway is that they don't care at all about IR, if indeed that sloppily typed missive is real.
