I believe Chucks' compensation agreement with TPL was that Chuck would take 15% of total license fees taken...after expenses. Before the split between TPL and Patriot.

Somewhere...on Chucks' blog, he posted his and TPLs' agreement, as a copied court document in his complaint filed against TPL. He claims they never paid him his full and rightful interest, then they simply quit paying him after a couple licenses were sold.

It's been some time past, but believe I posted a link to their agreement on the Yahoo MB.

I'll check for it. If I can not find it...I'll go scan Chucks's blog. I'm sure that is what I read.
