It appears TPL takes 15% off the top for litigating. Moore is supposed to recieve 55% of half the remaining 85%.

Raising another question. TPL is taking the first 15% of total licensing revenue for litigation costs, and supposedly we each pay 50% of the legal fees.

What is TPL paying for out of their share of the proceeds ?

If Chuck were getting paid....we'd be in the red.
