I disagree 100%. I'm no lawyer but I highly doubt that there will be some novel idea that will go past an appellate court. So essentially there would be one appeal.

PTSC/TPL can do 5 to 10 more nuisance level licenses to pay for an "end game". The problem is the BOD has no incentive to do so. Maybe that is what you meant. That the BOD will look out for their cushy salaries and not investors.
