Guys, how does any patent infringer work? One court verdict is enough. The court isn't stupid. If a variable speed ring osciallator is defined and is found in other chips and is before Fogel or Ward, TPL/PTSC can move for summary judgement.

I would be willing to bet that with enough detail, they (PTSC/TPL) could win them. How did companies who had patents on cutting edge technology make money through licensing? Cutting edge technology means the patent holder would have to wait most likely say ~7 - 12 years before the tech got to market and enough tech was infringing the patent to make it worthwhile filing in court. So PTSC and TPL are not in unprecedented waters here. I don't understand why everyone is managing expectations. Oh yeah, it's PTSC ... lol
