You are correct.. but when setting a timline in business you also set up expecations so why say 7 to 10 days... why not sat say within a month.... these three stooges are like ameatur hour... we have had two or late 10Q's .. we will have a CEO in 120 days... does not surprise me they did not hit the 10 days at all ... (opps we could still get it... yeah right)
