Excellent post and analysis (as usual). Would you mind taking a stab at what you think Moore was referring to when he mentioned the $50M.

If Apple was the mystery company that purchased a license commingled with the chipscale portfolio that would add another one to your top 100 list but how much of that license went towards the MMP? If TPL kept the true amount of that agreement hidden from PTSC and Moore, is it possible that they could have done this more than once without the knowledge of their partners?

Seems to me that a complete auditing of TPL's books by a respected accounting firm, may reveal much more.
