Message: Someone please help me understand why Moore is the bad guy here? opty or duck

Leckrone can't settle his differences with Moore? Leckrone is being sued by over 5 parties for fraudulent activities. PTSC is one of those parties. Leckrone approached a CEO of one of the would-be infringers and gave them a sweetheart MMP license (nuisance value) in exchange for the same company licensing one of TPL's worthless portfolios. That is the only one we know about. I would be willing to bet that virtually every single non-MMP license that was completed through TPL was on top of a nuisance MMP license. So we can probably estimate a good number of those sweetheart deals.

The bad guy in all of this is Leckrone. If Moore has received his fair share of MMP revenue, then the court case should be nothing to worry about. If Moore has not received his fair share, then what is Leckrone doing about it to remedy the situation so we can continue on with licensing.

Either Moore has a legitimate case or he does not. opty and duck: why do you guys feel so threatened by Moore's actions? Does Moore have veto power over licensing? Which would prevent legal funding against the T3? Help me understand because I currently do not. Please treat me as if I were a prospective investor and I have no idea as to why TPL or PTSC care about Moore's court battle. Please address it from PTSC's side. If TPL claims bankruptcy, doesn't PTSC own the MMP?
