I guess today is my day for pointing out the obvious. I don't mean to be nasty or demeaning, but it seems that logical conclusions can easily be drawn. My take:
We know from prior "official" communications that they are engaged in litigation and/or negotiations on all fronts. This logically forces silence.
The "unofficial" communication that you and apparently others received and shared (thank you) logically suggests that at that moment in time there was confidence that something was about to happen. What is anyone's guess (I'm honestly clueless beyond the shopping list of known things hanging). But it obviously didn't happen. It further logically suggests that they are anxious for events to occur, and equally anxious to advise shareholders. It is frustrating, surely for all concerned.
PDSG/other? It would logically depend on specifically what it is or was expected to be.
There is no reason to believe that there was been any change to anyone's status at PTSC. Such change would be a material event, and would have to be reported with an 8K.
Correspondance/contact? Ever? - yes. Recently? - no.
