ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The BOD should be held accountable for putting us in this postion the first place! Maybe they are working with TPL/DL in screwing over the shareholders since they themselves own no shares.

They should bring in Federal authorities in charging TPL/DL. Put him in jail and then work on the agreement. I'm sure time in prison would change his mind. The guy is evil and scrtewing us all over.
