Someone mentioned the possibility PTSC may need to raise some financing (from Schwatz) and saying that would be good. Good for TPL...maybe. They'd end up with three quarters of the funds, and PTSC will be strapped with repayment.

If TPL doesn't make a killing, DL won't allow anyone to. They have a major league legal team. Ours, it seems, is barely out of T-Ball. Where were they when the MA was written ? To make things even more difficult, TPL seems to have brilliantly planned this scheme out primarily using the private company protection from the SEC.

The risk factor in this investment multiplied itself by 100 times with the formation of this joint venture. IMO. Gloria gave us the heads up.
