Having given further thought to my prior post it must be noted that, up to this point at least, it didn't matter what deal we took, or how the Com Ag was structured. At the end of the day there would be little difference between TPL having secured most/all of the MMP revenues for itself, or the PTSC BoD squandering away most/all of its MMP revenue share, as it has. In the end, we are screwed either way, so the point has been proven to be moot by our BoD.

Until the incompetence at the top of PTSC is replaced, the brazen failures will continue to haunt us. DL has no doubt enjoyed preying upon the incompetence, but it is long past time for the BoD to step aside, so that shrewd business people can overcome his plundering and pillaging. Shareholders deserve no less.
