Setting our differing opinions (re:BoD) aside, TPL has no shareholders whereas PTSC has all of us. That being said, would there be any value or help for the BoD to have a shareholder letter asking the judges in both courts to help shareholders who are the real victims, to bring this to a close (in favor of PTSC)? Perhaps a letter which represented the vast majority of shareholders might strike a chord of pity if nothing else and help with a favorable outcome.

If we can help the BoD in any way which would result in having the ComAg cancelled (voided, rescinded or whatever the correct term would be), then perhaps someone with more knowledge of such things might advise us.

I'm no fan of anyone sitting on our BoD for reasons that have been mentioned by many others, too many times to keep track of. I am a fan of any action that may be taken which would result in value to all shareholders.
