Hi Miles (I would use your real name, however, you haven't told us what it is),

I knew you'd come out to play :)

It hasn't been reported on an 8K...er...maybe because it hasn't happened YET. You may know more about such things, so tell me, how long would it take, on average, for the SEC to conduct a thorough investigation before filing charges if the situation called for it?
