Ruse? How could that be the case when, per what has been announced, there have only been seven opportunities in which commingling could have possibly occurred? Apple (unannounced) would make eight. So eight times POSSIBLE, out of how many MMP licenses to date? 85+?

And you suggest all licenses to date, or at least those considered part of the "early mover discount" program (some or all?), involved patent portfolio commingling? Where's the ruse?

Please recognize that I am in no way defending TPL. I'm just setting the record straight.
