ORDER DENYING BARCO’S ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION FOR A
SEALING ORDER
Plaintiff Barco moved for an administrative order to seal exhibits A-1 through A-11, B-1
through B-5, and C-1 through C-5 of the parties’ Discovery Dispute Joint Report #2 on the ground that Defendants marked the documents confidential. Plaintiff’s Motion for a Sealing Order notified Defendants of their duty to file and serve a declaration establishing that the designated exhibits were sealable within seven days. See Civ. L.R. 79-5(d). The Defendants having failed to file any such declaration, these documents may now be made part of the public record. Id. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED. Within four days from the date of this order, Plaintiff shall file unredacted versions of the subject documents in the public record. See Civ. L.R.
79-5(e).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
