Thanks, Wolf.

Looks to me like they are picking up speed on getting this thing settled one way or the other--I would imagine that they (the court) need to get it off their books.

I also read some of the postings r/t DL's suits on his other patents--it appears to me that he is trying to rush filings BEFORE the new patent laws go into effect. Does not seem to me that it would harm PTSC other than take up some of DL's time. I am happy that the new Judge is moving at a quicker pace--IMHO, everyone is getting tired of this patent case--including DL's lawyers.
