That statement leads one to believe that there is something in the new law that would impact on how the USPTO will treat the potential reexaminations of those other patents. Hence Leckrone is trying to file before they take effect.

I am not aware of any portion of the new rules that would impact on the reexamination process of those patents. Would appreciate more info from you or anyone, as I'm not totally versed in the new patent law.
