Actually, there is a simple and very logical reason for it that has NOTHING to do with what you state. Rather, it's to let the B.O.D. members know that until they act in concert with OUR interests, meaning SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS, consistently, they will not be allowed to go a day, or a week without being reminded of their willful negligence, incompetence, and inability to succeed using their current business practices. Sure, you may argue that it scares off shareholders, but if it does, it is only because it's worth the fright, I suppose.

The solution is NOT for posters to cease posting about it, even if repetitively, but for the B.O.D. and Management Team Members to CHANGE what they're doing, in a SUBSTANTIAL way, not just with gestures, and platitudes.

Perhaps a message board post, or 100 of them won't cause them to change (though as Ron cited, it seems to have worked to a point in the past), what it will do is keep them from working a day without being reminded of what they've done and what they continue to do.

The remedy to all of the complaints here lie with the BOD and Management, not with posters on a message board. They CHOOSE to act the way they do, and hide behind language in agreements THEY'VE forged of their own making. Some may cite gag orders from the court, but WHERE ARE THE FILINGS FROM PTSC asking for UN-Sealing of docs in their v. TPL cases? Where are the attempts by PTSC to be more transparent? Where are the attempts by PTSC to cure the beef shareholders have had for 5 years with respect to their communications?

The PERCEPTION is a DIRECT RESULT of the BOD and Management's ACTIONS, not posters complaints on a message board. They CHOOSE to continue to obscure, obfuscate, and divert attention. Why shouldn't posters CONTINUE TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR ACTIONS?
