From what I gleaned from the Marcoux case, it would appear that Leckrone wants to avoid having Apple brought into any case as part of discovery. It looks like Leckrone made it worthwhile for Marcoux to drop the complaint against Apple, thus eliminating the need for Apple to say or produce anything. I doubt he can avoid such in the case with PTSC.

IMO, Leckrone will settle with PTSC before the case reaches that point in discovery. But he seems to be a master of delay tactics, so who knows when we arrive at that point.
