While I recognize that Moore has previously stated he has no intentions of interfering with licensing, I find it extremely difficult to believe the running dispute isn't impacting negotiations with potential licensee's. The problem with Patriot, being public IMO, is the free access given to potential infringers into the world of PDS. Because of SEC Regs, PTSC has been forced to air some of the dirty laundry associated with the PDS balance sheet. IMO, it indirectly reflects on Alliacense's potentially weakened financial position. If I'm a potential infringer, who possesses the resources to delay negotations, the dispute between said parties would certainly give reason to drag discussions out. Who knows, the company suing you may not be around long enough to see the legal actions through.
