How much did Carl, Gloria and Cliff earn in 2010, 2011? How much is being paid to other employees? What is the continued drain being suffered by PDSG(Crossflo). How much shareholder equity is there right now? Why haven't the directors purchased stock? Can you think of the last time any of them purchased stock with their own money?

There has been some concern about the possibility of the Markman being delayed (yet again) due to the substitution of counsel by TPL (re: Barco/Acer). Shouldn't we be concerned about the possibility of PTSC being insolvent? If there was a reorganization what good could come of it for shareholders? Isn't insolvency grounds for termination of the Master Agreement/ComAg? Is this the only way that PTSC can rid itself of Leckrone(assuming the BoD wants to be rid of Leckrone)?

Anyone with knowledge of reorganization advantages/disadvantages please share with us what the possible outcomes might be if this happened.
