I did a quick check of assignments at the patent office and didn't see anything new. All assignments of MMP appear to be the same. Lincoln & Swartz are still listed as assignees even though the Master Agreement specified that they were to file a release. As I have been told before, it is of no concern that a specific release was not filed as it is spelled out in the MA.
