As a stockholder for more years then I would like to admit and a seldom reader of this forum; I just happened to read a few messages today. My question is why are there still so many seemingly intelligent people still discussing this terminal, pathological dog of a stock, company and BOD. The last time I even dared look at the company, there was a CEO and 24 million in cash. Now, I understand there is 10 million and no CEO. Pending lawsuits , another Markman and licensing fees equal to a subscription to a low level financial advisory newsletter . Do you actually believe these individuals care about building shareholder value? All people involved still collect salaries for doing nothing and this will continue until the remaining 10 million mysteriously evaporates. We will then see a reverse split in the neighborhood of 20:1. That will shake out the small shareholder for whom a penny buyout will be sanctioned for all share holders with , say 10000 shares or less( post reverse split) . This will leave the most shares in the hands of the original biggest shareholders. Then with less total shares a minimal run up in stock price can occur and the company will then fade away. This is an opinion of a lay person observing , for years, a publically traded company with zero transparency and zero accountability to shareholders
