The point being they don't want to disrupt licensing because it enables them to continue with their salaries and what is left over they could care less about. They are so pathedic they know that they cannot get a job in the real world. Who would hire a forensic accountant that can't find a thief robbing her blind; a lawyer that would write a one sided congAG for the other side; and a CEO that takes years to write a simple question and answer letter. They don't usually have a category for failures under help wanted.
