You appear to be in violation of most of the requirements contained therein, certainly in the spirit with which they should be read, and now perhaps in technically as well. And now, you have effectively set up a corporate governance structure that precludes any exercising of rule no. 6. And you have the nerve to flaunt your disregard for the very people to whom you are responsible in PR's.

You have and continue to gamble with the fortunes of a PUBLIC company, treating it as your own private enterprise with which to do as you please. You continue compounding failure after failure and falsely justifying the secrecy with which you operate, hoping again and again to buy enough time to reach an event that will spark a share price rise in the hopes that it will allow you to escape unharmed.
