In my opinion, there has always been at best an "attempt" at transparency. Carefully drafted 8Ks that basically tell us nothing and financials which provide cut and paste information over and over again. Mostly, the BoD and/or Cliff have been non responsive to shareholder questions and there has been no attempt at transparency specifically regarding Majority Voting.
Now there is a new "attempt" at transparency via the newly published FAQs on the website. I believe it is too little too late. Take a look at the question below and the answer which only relates to licensing. Wouldn't you agree that the lack of transparency is not exclusively limited to questions about the MMP licensing activities?
Q: Why is there such a lack of transparency at Patriot? A: The perception that there is a lack of transparency stems largely from the nature of the licensing business.
