Perhaps TPL may be on the hook

for a possible payment to Brown (not to mention Moore). If by agreement, Brown was entitled to a percentage of the gross MMP license revenue from TPL's 50%, that could be reason enough for Leckrone to demand that PTSC keeps this quiet until it must be reported in a 10Q.

I believe there is a signed order on Brown's motion to compel production of documents from TPL. If new licenses are not reported by TPL and/or PTSC, how would Brown ever know if there was more money owed to him.

Thanks to Lamberts, I'm sure that he knows now and so does Moore.
