They may be looking for prs as part of their dd, but I question whether they would be looking that closely at filings in a case that does not directly involve them. Unless they expect to see what you just noticed. But I think your assertion that it would be included in any dd on the part of Brown's attorneys is just 20/20 hindsight, imo.

You may have no doubt, but Chet Brown was an investor and the wording of the agreement may well have depended on how much Leckrone needed Brown. Not the other way around, as you suggest.
