Director Attendance at Annual Meetings of Stockholders

We have no policy requiring directors to attend annual meetings of stockholders, but directors are encouraged to

attend our annual meetings at which they stand for re-election.

If Gloria and Carl decide not to go, I'm guessing Cliff will have a sleepless night before the SHAM if he has to face shareholders alone :)
