It really cuts to the heart of the matter in my view. Big companies trying to steam roll small ones on matters of intellectual property so they can access IP for free. The derisive comments by the plaintiffs in their brief are a display of their arrogance.

Hopefully the legal system will prove capable of seeing though these thinly guised efforts at IP theft by those who abuse the system to satisfy their egos while denying others benefit of their inventions.

On that, what is happening with Moore? Is he on board yet or still in locked horns mode? It is hard to see how this thing will ever turn out well until all the parties "make nice"
