I hope the 10 +/- million shares that were traded over the past couple weeks (not that much unless you are a pseudo-insider) is not indicative of a settlement prior to the Markman.

Is anyone planning on attending the Markman? It would be interesting to hear how Judge Ware operates and hear about his questions. If you google Judge Ware Markman, you will see he has a lot of experience overseeing IP litigation and Markmans. So I don't think our case will be beyond his experience. He has dealt with issues that rival the complexity of our case so at least I think we will get a fare shake.
