This is worth looking into. From what I see, it does not appear that restrictions on filing against multiple parties in court, apply at the ITC. Can we get confirmation of that? It would seem that would be a preferable route, if true.

However, individual complaints in court might move quickly to summary judgement, depending on how the T3 case pans out.
