In the unrelated case:

Looks to me that the Markman Hearing was held on Oct. 21, so it took 3+ months to get to this point of a signed order, and that there are still unresolved isssues that the court wants the parties to address by Feb. 24, with a Further Case Management Conference set for March 12, with a deadline of March 2 for parties to tell how they wish to proceed in light of this order (settlement?).

As it may apply to us:

Extrapolate to the T3 v PTSC case, we could be looking at May-June for a ruling by the court, with potential for further issues to be resolved, and July for a Case Management Conference.

I don't know how this jells with an already booked Case Management Conference in March???

Please correct me if I am wrong on any of this.
