I strongly suspected that the issue with Barco was not a case of TPL being incompetent, which brings us back to the discussion we were having. If Barco prevails in a summary judgement, the MMP will probably become worthless. If we win the Markman then most likely we will prevail in this litigation via a strong settlement or our odds at a Trial victory go up above 50 v 50, probably well above 50 v 50. This is the MMP's last stand for having any significant impact on PTSC shareholders via SP appreciation. This is the war and there will not be any more battles after this litigation generally speaking.
