As expected. Barco is trying litigate using the ICs venue. Judge Loyd already said ICs are not meant to provide a forum for litigation of the substantive issues. He also said that said as long as we make the connection between what is in the ICs and the infringing product, (our theory of infringement) that is all that is needed. We amended the ICs to clearly make those connections where they may have been absent or the realationship not clear. Mostly this relates to our theory that the infringing product is in the same family as the one in the ICs, and share the same basic characteristics, thus have the same infringing parts. (My words)

IMO, Barco has zero percent of success as long as TPL made the required logical connections, as I'm sure they did and TPL claims they did.
