According to TPL PRs on their website:
September 1, 2011- The TPL Group announced today that it has initiated litigation in the US District Court for the District of Delaware against 18 of the companies it believes are infringing its Fast Logic Patent Portfolio.
August 24, 2011- The TPL Group announced today that it has filed a Complaint with the US International Trade Commission and a corresponding Complaint in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against 18 companies it believes are infringing its CORE Flash Patent Portfolio.

Technologies Properties Limited is a California limited liability company with a principal place of business in Cupertino, Calif.
The defendants are Action Electronics Co. Ltd., America Action Inc., Aiptek International Inc., Aiptek Inc., Aluratek Inc., Audiovox Corp., CEIVA Logic Inc., Circus World Displays Ltd., Coby Electronics Corp., Curtis International Ltd., Digital Spectrum Solutions Inc., Eastman Kodak Co., Mustek Systems Inc., Mustek Inc., Nextar Inc., Pandigital Inc., Royal Consumer Information Products Inc., Sony Corp., Sony Corporation of America, Transcend Information Inc., Transcend USA, Viewsonic Corp., Win Accord Ltd. and WinAccord USA Inc.
The defendants are accused of infringing on:
U.S. Patent No. 6,976,623 issued Dec. 20, 2005, for Flash Juke Box;
U.S. Patent No. 7,162,549 issued Jan. 9, 2007, for Multimode Controller For Intelligent And 'Dumb' Flash Cards;
U.S. Patent No. 7,295,443 issued Nov. 13, 2007, for Smartconnect Universal Flash Media Card Adapters; and
U.S. Patent No. 7,522,424 issued April 21, 2009, for Smartconnect Universal Flash Media Card Adapters.
Technologies Properties is asking the court for an award of damages, enhanced damages, attorney's fees and court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by Andrew W. Spangler of Spangler Law in Longview; and James C. Otteson, David A. Caine and Thomas T. Carmack of Agility IP Law in East Palo Alto, Calif.
A jury trial is requested.
U.S. District Judge T. John Ward is assigned to the case.
