I absolutely agree with "rosewood".
Voting "WITHHOLD", "AGAINST" and "FOR" is the only way shareholders can put on permanent and public record their disgust at the performance of this Board in terms of communication to shareholders and of squandering MMP income on so-called investments which have failed 100%.
With their refusal to adopt the approved "majority vote'" from last year, and statements in the proxy that the other two Proposals are, in effect and at best, advisory the Board has sent a very clear message that it has no intent to listen to stock holders.
YOU MUST VOTE, regardless of how you vote. Abstention or not voting at all is a waste of what little power the common stock holder has and becomes an endorsement of the Board's performance.
