if they knew about the account in Bermuda that may have been TPL's account?
On 12/21/2010 there was an amendment to the X-Complaint filed by Phil Marcoux (D.Leckrone, et al vs. Phil Marcoux) as follows:
That the name of the xdefendant Roe 21 is changed to Intellasys BEC Ltd. In the caption of the Xcomplaint & where it appears in the Xcomplt & is heretofore included in the terms “Cross-Defendants” wherever used in the x-comp.
According to the contact I had in Bermuda that account was closed in October 2011, after we settled with TPL. I wonder if Cliff and the BoD were aware of this offshore account (assuming it is Leckrone's account) and if Leckrone diverted any money away from PDS into this account? Might want to ask at the shareholder meeting. Apparently Phil Marcoux had some concerns about this account.
