Yes there are many questions that need to be answered. How about GE, Motorola and Apple? How was PDS operated without an indepedent third representative? Why doesn't TPL and Alliacense announce MMP licenses anymore. Why haven't you alligned yourself with shareholders and purchased shares like Goerner did? In the event of a positive Markman and future revenues resuming what is your plan? Can you give us anymore details about the settlement with TPL that would relieve some of our uncertainty of how you are going to be able to monitor the dollars coming in versus the expenses that seem to be every penny that goes out ? What happens if Moore should win his case and regains what was stolen from him by our partner?
