I see nothing wrong with MikesMark post which said the following:

The following is Ron's logic for reporting MileMark and then processing the report as a violation himself, which he himself does not believe Hub Leaders should do. IMO, reporting a violation and processing it yourself does open the door to personal bias running amok.
