To see a major appreciation in share price, I think TPL will need to trounce two or three big names in court. Everything seems to be coming together. If you are one of the 100 companies in negotiation, you need to play the game. You want to buy in the MMP on the cheap. Agree to pay but continue negotiating, stretch it out, be friendly and try to be in the low cost first licensing wave but wait and see how the recertification go. If the recertification does not hold up, you can always tell TPL to take a hike. However, it looks as though the patents are doing well and soon we may see a new wave of volunteer licensing. As for the other 350, they probably are too arrogant to negotiate with some shysters like TPL. If we get a butt load of money out of just a couple of those companies then business world will know we are for real.
Just in my opinion.
